These terms apply to direct bookings made with Misty Hills Ella through this website or through direct hotel communication.

Direct Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after the required guest details are submitted, payment is approved, and Misty Hills Ella issues or records a booking confirmation.

Room availability, rates, taxes, and inclusions are shown at the time of booking and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Guest Details

Guests are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, stay dates, guest counts, and any special requests. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the hotel.

The person making the booking must be authorised to provide details for all guests included in the reservation.

Payments

Direct online bookings may require full or partial payment before arrival. Payment is processed through the hotel's approved payment gateway in the currency shown during checkout.

If a payment is declined, interrupted, reversed, or not confirmed by the gateway, the booking may remain unconfirmed or be cancelled.

Changes And Cancellations

Date changes, room changes, and guest-count changes depend on availability and may affect the final price.

Cancellation, refund, no-show, and early-departure requests are handled by Misty Hills Ella according to the policy shared with the guest at booking or by direct communication with the hotel.

Check-In And Stay

Guests may be asked to provide identification at check-in. The hotel may refuse or cancel a stay if guest details cannot be verified, payment is not valid, or guests breach hotel rules.

Guests are expected to use rooms and hotel facilities responsibly and to avoid damage, disturbance, unsafe behaviour, or activity that affects other guests or staff.

Hotel Responsibility

Misty Hills Ella will take reasonable care to provide the room, services, and facilities described at the time of booking, subject to maintenance, weather, safety, and operational requirements.

The hotel is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, utility outages, travel disruption, government action, or third-party service failure.
